The four minute video, posted by the Magaliessig Action Forum on 8 June, shows how the suspects gain entrance to the complex by lifting the electronic gate and disabling the motor. The video is time-stamped 31 May 2015 shortly after 6am.

After about five minutes, the suspects leave, but they engage the gate motor again in an attempt to make it look like no entry was gained.

According to forum representatives, a case was not opened with police as yet as nothing was reported stolen.

The body corporate of the complex was only notified that something was amiss after a gardener noticed that the lock on the gate motor had been broken off, after which security then scrutinised surveillance footage of the complex entrance and came upon the footage of the break-in and entering incident.
