Taxi driver and passengers allegedly assaulted by driver of a Hilux bakkie
MAGALIESSIG - Community members alleged that a road rage incident took place on Troupant Avenue on the afternoon of 5 June.

The community alleged that a taxi and passengers were assaulted in a road rage incident on Troupant Avenue. Emergency services are apparently on the scene.
While details are unclear at the moment, the community members said they had notified Douglasdale police who were on their way to the scene.
Douglasdale police spokesperson Warrant Officer Balan Muthan was unaware of the incident at this time.
Journalist Joni Tollner is on her way to the scene and updates to follow as more information comes to light.
Last year another road rage incident was caught on camera on Witkoppen Road on the outskirts of Magaliessig.
