Round table workshops hosted by Grosvenor Property Marketing
A series of round table workshops, each for only 10 people will be held twice a day in Johannesburg from 1 June for a week, in Sandton by a UK buy-to-let specialist company.
We will examine the relative merits of the different buy-to-let investment opportunities suitable for South African investors.
We will address the process of investing in the UK, whether personally or with an off-shore company in the Isle of Man. And explain the different markets that lend themselves to buy-to-let without the hassles usually associated with let properties.
These include student housing, residential, special-care homes and hotels. The relative merits of each category of the properties is covered in the workshops so potential South African investors can gain the insight to make an informed decision.
