Possible settlement in road rage case
FOURWAYS - Gregory Kleinhans, the man accused of intimidation and assault during a road rage incident on Witkoppen Road in July made his fourth court appearance on 7 October.
The case, which was heard at the Randburg Magistrates Court, was again postponed, this time until 11 November.
During Kleinhans’ third court appearance on 21 August it was decided that the case would be mediated which means Kleinhans will either defend his case in court or agree on a settlement with the man he allegedly assaulted and intimidated.
