Inseparable kitties need a home
DIEPSLOOT - FourPaws animal shelter, near Diepsloot, is looking for a good home for two cats who cannot live without each other.
According to Sacha Fraser of the animal shelter, the cats, Dana and Leo, are female and male respectively, and are both about 18 months old. Fraser said the cats came to the shelter from a home environment, so they found it very difficult to cope in the shelter. Originally Dana and Leo came in a group of four cats, two females and two males, but the other two cats have since been adopted. Dana and Leo are being fostered by a kind volunteer while the shelter is trying to find them a home.
“They have to go together,” Fraser said. “They love each other so much and constantly look for each other.”
Fraser said an adoption fee would apply and strict home checks would be done following adoption.
