Brazilian martial art showcase

Capoeira Republic will take to the floor in a vibrant display of Brazilian martial arts at Fiesta Latina, South Africa’s annual Latin festival on 13 September. This entertaining spectator sport incorporates singing and instrumental elements with martial arts to produce a unique physical art. Performers use their whole bodies in a skilful and agile display of strength, self-defence, acrobatics and dance.

Visitors to Fiesta Latina will enjoy traditional South American cuisines, including Peruvian, Mexican and Argentinean food, and a variety of live latin entertainment. The whole family is invited to come along and experience this exciting cultural event.
