Concerns with Eskom on the agenda

SUNNINGHILL - Residents' concerns to be discussed with Eskom Customer Council.

Following an invitation to the residents of Sunninghill to air concerns regarding their electricity supply, Ward 93 Councillor Annette Deppe will raise the community’s queries at the next quarterly meeting of the Eskom Customer Council.

The majority of Ward 93 is serviced by Eskom, and the meeting is an opportunity to raise issues affecting Eskom customers. According to Deppe, most comments from residents are maintenance-related, including meter boxes that haven’t been locked, vandalism, and servitudes that are not properly maintained.

The public is welcome to attend the meeting, but must send a query to Eskom or their local ward councillor.
