JOBURG - Stable manger 'wrongfully' arrested, spends night in grimy police cell.

THE well-known stable manager who was arrested on 24 July said she was falsely accused of theft.

The manager was arrested at her stables by Sandton police.

She allegedly stole various items from her previous landlord. The items totalled more than R120 000.

After the previous landlord laid charges, the manager was arrested.

She said it was humiliating and traumatic to spend a night in a police cell. She appeared in court on 25 July, and is scheduled to appear again on 8 August at the Alexandra Magistrate’s Court.
