Architects inspire designs
JOBURG - The Home Design Expo by Century Property Developments is a series of three public events, with the first taking place at Blue Hills Country and Equestrian Estate on 21 and 22 June.
The public will be exposed to home designs of architects, builders, interior designers and landscapers who have worked together to show what is possible when designing a new home at three different Century estates.
Top professionals in the residential property design and building industry have been selected to showcase a variety of designs for homes including 1:100 scale models, 3D illustrations, and a sample of interior and landscaping along with a realistic building costing for each home.
CEO of Century Property Developments, Mark Corbett said, “The advantage is that anyone renovating, considering building or currently building will have the opportunity to see what goes into the design process. The showcase will enable stand owners and prospective buyers to have a professional’s view of what is possible at Century’s developments, the costs associated with the design, and an idea of what’s trending in architecture, interiors and landscaping.
He said visitors to the expos would be able to view 27 home designs which will be available as building package options at the various developments.
Entrance is free and shows run from 9am to 5pm.
