Meeting to address archive centre

PAULSHOF - Paulshof residents are encouraged to attend a public meeting on 29 May to discuss the development of a three-storey government archive centre in Paulshof Central.

The meeting will take place at the Rivonia Recreation Club on Achter Road at 6pm.

Residents are encouraged to come to the meeting to voice their opinions on the proposed archive centre. The archive centre will occupy the vacant land between Uvongo, Stone Haven and Amanzimtoti roads in Paulshof Central, and will apparently house government industrial records.

The Paulshof Residents and Ratepayers Association believes that all residents and homeowners in Paulshof will be affected by the proposed development. The association said the initial traffic assessment report supported the development, but failed to take into account objectives of the booming and security measures implemented by the community.
