Hirsch’s taste of MasterChef

Hirsch’s Fourways hosted the Kitchen Specialist Association of South Africa MasterChef competition on 22 February.

A multitude of companies from all over Johannesburg including Home Inspirations, Bookkeeping Solutions and PSM Executives competed, all learning about modern cooking techniques and strengthening their business networks.

With great prizes on the line, contestants were expected to create dishes from the specific part of the world allocated to them by the judges, Sandra and Tom Larson of the association, and Gerhard Jacob of Whirlpool. Each team added a beautiful ambience to the event with creative outfits, beverages and starters, mains and deserts.

Sariga Designer Kitchens, representing Mexico, won first place.
