A barking good Christmas

MIDRAND - Christmas arrived a few weeks early for the dogs at Midrand's Barking Mad's DogtownSA when Champion Petfoods dropped by to donate bags of Acana dogfood.

Tracy McQuarrie of Barking Mad said, “Acana currently sponsors some of our special needs dogs on a monthly basis, which we so appreciate, but this is such a lovely surprise!”

Barking Mad’s DogtownSA is a rehabilitation centre that provides a safe, loving home to many abandoned and abused dogs, giving them the chance to live a full and

happy life.

Sonja Maricevic of Champion Petfoods said they wanted all the dogs at Barking Mad to have a special meal at Christmas time, with flavours such as Lamb and Okanagan Apple, containing deboned lamb, apples, pears, sweet potato, pumpkin, parsnips, carrots, spinach, cranberries and blueberries for their special meal on Christmas Day.
