Party for Border Collies

BEVERLEY - Non-profit organisation Border Collie Rescue is inviting community members to enjoy a Christmas bash to raise funds.

The organisation is hosting a dinner for guests to enjoy a meal, rock to 70s and 80s music with the best-rated guitarist in South Africa, and stand a chance to win prizes in a raffle and auction. While patrons enjoy the chance to get into the Christmas spirit, the organisation hopes to raise funds to help with caring for the rescue dogs over the Christmas period, when costs are expected to increase. Over 400 Border Collies are re-homed each year by the organisation, which was started in 1997.

The event will be held at The Brazen Head in the Leaping Frog Shopping Centre, Fourways on 5 December from 6.45pm.

Tables or seats are available for booking.
