Making a difference one pupcake at a time.

The South African Guide-Dogs Association hosted a Picnic and Pupcake Festival in support of the Blind and the 70 Days of Giving campaign.

All well-socialised dogs and their families were gathered over a picnic blanket and basket for a pawsome, eventful day out in the sun at XFactor Trout Farm on June 16.

There were also amazing vendors selling an assortment of pet-related goodies, kiddies enjoyed face painting, fishing, jumping castles, and many more fun activities.

The initiative was themed ‘The Pupcakes for Hope’, which had pupcakes for sale on the day as well as activities that kept all the puppies and families well entertained while creating memories.

All the ticket proceedings for the festival or treat your pup to a pupcake on the day, made a difference in the lives of so many who are at the core of the South African Guide Dog Association. Not only were the funds raised through the ticket and pupcake sales, but incredible vendors also donated a portion of their product sales on the day.
