Learners selected to play for big football team

The two Diepsloot girls are excited to play for Sundowns.

Two young learners Dineo Kgomosotho and Titelo Modika have been chosen to play for the U13 Mamelodi Sundowns team.

The players were taken by their coach Ngoako Ramolesana for trials at the football club and were selected for the team.

Both the girls were playing for Diepsloot Arsenal which is coached by Ramolesana. “To be honest I am very happy and excited that my players were chosen, it shows that Diepsloot has talent,” said Ramolesana.

Dineo started playing football when she was in Grade 5 at the age of 10 and Titelo started playing when she was in Grade 4 at age nine. when she was nine years old.

“For me, I love it [football] because I am able to play for my school team and help them,” said Dineo.
Both said they were extremely happy to have been selected for Sundowns.
