Fourways High School beach volleyball teams dominates Gauteng Volleyball Union tournament

FOURWAYS– Selesnick said the two teams representing the school successfully wrestled with other eight school teams from different parts of the province.


Fourways High School U19 girls’ volleyball teams participated in the Gauteng Volleyball Union four-a-side beach volleyball tournament on September 24 at Club View Beach Venue in Centurion.

Marketing manager at the school, Jodi Selesnick, said the two teams played against eight school’s from different parts of the province.
“Team one was made of players like Zuqhame Mantshontsho, Zolwandle Mathe, Katlego Mthembu and Kutemwa Phiri, while team two had players such as Storm Lansdell, Nontombi Mpolweni, Amy Kromm and Benita Muya.”
She added that team one won the tournament and team two came third.

Selesnick congratulated both teams for their success in the provincial tournament.
