Diepsloot author publishes book

DIEPSLOOT – Mashudu Nemadzivhani from Diepsloot Ext 4 has recently published his own book, the Road to Damascus, which he hopes helps others find purpose in life.

This young author has found his purpose in life and wants to help you do the same.

Mashudu Nemadzivhani is a young writer who lives in Diepsloot Ext 4 and who recently published his very first book, titled The Road to Damascus, which came out for sale on 14 January. A deeply thoughtful book, his work hopes to inspire readers to stop making material success their only goal and instead focus on finding out their true purpose in life, hopefully helping others along the way as well.

“The idea for The Road to Damascus was conceived from the great conviction that I had about the fact that most of the people are just living their lives for survival and therefore have no time to attend to the real reason why they are even alive,” Nemadzivhani said.

“As I observed people, I realised that most of them are only after the material success, instead of being after that which makes them significant in the lives of others.

“They ignore their passions so that they can go for anything that can make them materially successful as fast as possible.”

He hopes that his book will help people understand that life is not about making money until you die, but rather a chance to add value to the world and the other people in it. He hopes that his words can give others the courage to overcome the challenges that they face and find their true passions.

“Through this book, I want to see as many people as possible play the roles we were meant to in this life. This world can be better only if the desire to be rich no longer controls us, but rather [we allow] our passion in life to direct us.”

The Road to Damascus is available on Amazon and from the author himself.
