Unity College held a special gala on 9 February.
The school’s junior gala, as well as intermediate and senior gala were held on the same day and so the entire school was present to either participate or spectate with family and friends. The day was abuzz with great spirit as well-trained swimmers took to the water with intermediate swimmers.
These were the final awards given:
- Intermediate girl swimmer was shared by Stephanie Pringle and Hayley de Villiers
- Intermediate boy swimmer was awarded to David King
- Senior girl swimmer went to Nicola Walker
- Senior boy swimmer went to Joshua Young
- The Spirit Trophy went to Red Bishops House
- Yellow Weavers were the overall winning
- team.
The final scores saw Yellow Weavers with 118, Blue Cranes earning 116 and Red Bishops on 49.
