PIC: Witkoppen Clinic to focus on men’s health this month

DIEPSLOOT – In order to engage men in health matters, the Witkoppen Clinic will be hosting a Men's Indaba in Diepsloot on 9 February.

Auxiliary nurse Thandeka Kubheka, sister Davindri Moodley, Kgatla Lordric and Bongeka April are some of the staff at Witkoppen Clinic.

The clinic will be hosting a Men’s Indaba, open to the public, on 9 February to engage with the community and to reach and engage with men who normally do not seek healthcare services and are missing in care.

The Indaba will be held at the community hall in Diepsloot Ext 1 from 8am to 3pm.

There is no entrance charge and services on offer on the day include HIV testing, TB screening and the dissemination of interesting information on health topics.
