St Peter’s College congratulates matriculants on 100% pass rate

SUNNINGHILL – Headmaster of St Peter's College, Rui Morais, said in a statement issued on the school's Facebook page, "Thank you to the St Peter's College Academic Staff for the contribution they make on a daily basis which is vital to the success of our College."

St Peter’s College in Sunninghill has extended congratulations to its 2018 matriculants on achieving 100% matric pass rate and 96% university entrance.

A statement issued on the St Peter’s College Facebook page by headmaster, Rui Morais, reads:

The St Peter’s College Community,

2018 Matric Results:

Thank you to the St Peter’s College Academic Staff for the contribution they make on a daily basis which is vital to the success of our College.

So tonight, in a very small way, I want to show my appreciation and thank these dedicated individuals, for all the time and effort that they devote in support of the College.

I recognise the unique role that they play in promoting and advocating quality education. St Peter’s College benefits every day from the dedicated energies and time devoted by the members of our academic staff in conjunction with our committed, hardworking and dedicated students. St Peter’s College is successful because of the standard of teaching and all the extra opportunities offered to the students, as well as, all the work that takes place behind the scenes – the Matric results of 2018 are testimony to this fact.

I want to congratulate the Matric Class of 2018 on obtaining:

We are extremely proud of our Dux Scholar, Luke Hewson, who besides achieving a remarkable nine distinctions, was placed in the “Outstanding Achievement” list for having six or more of his subjects in the Top 5% and achieving a rating level of 7 in Life Orientation.
