BRYANSTON – The end-of-year awards were to reflect on the year.

With football season’s end fast approaching, Bryanston Warriors Football Club recently held its end-of-year awards at Kings College.

According to the club’s advertising and promotions manager, Marie Lourenço the prizegiving was a day where the parents and exco meet annually in order to discuss how the club did during the year as well as to discuss the plans and goals for the new year.

“It is a few hours of the day to which we extend our thanks and our congratulations to the exco committee which is made up of parents who run the club and the coaches who train our kids. Most importantly, it is a day to thank and congratulate the children for their hard work.”

She explained that they had vendors who agreed to participate at the event as they enjoyed pizza, slush puppies, popcorn, Portuguese rissois and coffee. “We had a lovely variety of goodies to enjoy.”
