FOURWAYS – The Executive Mayor also spoke on general issues of service delivery.
The City of Joburg’s Executive Mayor, Herman Mashaba, addressed a gathering of community members in Fourways last night, 12 September, on service delivery issues within the city.
The meeting was held at the Indaba Hotel in Fourways and journalist Masego Seemela was there to capture the action.

The executive mayor went on to say that there were over 200 informal settlements in the city that don’t have electricity, water and toilets.
