Talking health and “happyness” at Hirsch’s Fourways

FOURWAYS – For its first business networking event of the year, Hirsch's Fourways focused on health and happiness. Find out more here!

Hirsch’s Fourways hosted its first Business Networking function for 2018 on 25 January with Dr Travis Mitchell, a family chiropractor, as a special guest.

Mitchell has overseas experience and practices in the Northcliff area, where he developed a strong following in the Randburg, Fourways and Sandton areas.

“He is definitely not someone you can categorise. Travis is approachable and down to earth with a brilliant sense of humour,” said Sharron Dingle, the public relations officer for Hirsch’s Fourways.

“Dr Mitchell shared some interesting facts about stress, health and our bodies, with specific emphasis on our skeletal health and alignment and gave some management tips and warning signs to watch for.

“The session was fully participative and enjoyed by all.”

Margie Kienast, Carron Mancini, Sharron Dingle and Giesla Vetter started 2018 with a focus on health.

Hirsch’s Fourways holds various interest networking functions throughout the month. They invite all the surrounding areas of Randburg, Sandton and Fourways to feel free to contact Sharron by email on sharron@hirschs.co.za to get involved.
