CHRISTMAS WISHES – The airport staffer said it was her 'absolute passion' to sing.
A video of an airport worker for Virgin Australia is doing the rounds on social media after she broke out in song to wish travellers at Melbourne Airport a merry Christmas.
In an interview with the Today show in Australia, the singer, Bethany Stagg, explained why she decided to sing to the travellers. “I think it had been in my head very briefly, and then in the moment I thought, you know, I would really love to sing a carol for everyone. I thought I would check with my manager first; he gave me the all-clear and it all happened.”
Stagg said it was her ‘absolute passion’ to sing. “I can’t not sing,” she told the show.
