The trial date has been set in the case against Bernard Molumo (41), who is charged with housebreaking with the intention to steal and theft.
Both the state and the defence agreed that the trial dates should be set for 12 and 13 December in this matter in the Randburg Magistrates’ Court.
Molumo is accused of allegedly stealing a 32 inch TV and a safe with contents valued at R25 000.
The accused is currently out on R2 000 bail.
