Delta Park was abuzz with activity on 3 June when over 270 Cubs and Scouts from across Johannesburg participated in the annual Wally Kolher Enduro Cycle Rally.

Event organiser, Thomas Helmrich of the 1st German Scout Group said, “It is pleasing to see this event growing in popularity each year, with more teams entering and a large number of parents and supporters attending to cheer their teams on.”

In the Cub section of the event, teams of six cyclists competed to see how many laps of the set course they could conquer within a three-hour time limit. Obstacles, including ramps and a mud pit, were set up to make the course even more challenging.
