After bringing you a number of exciting food fairs including the Bella Donna Traveling Food Market, the Bella Donna events managers are ushering in a frosty new season with an exciting Winter Wonderland.
“The Winter Wonderland [market] is a great way to welcome winter with family and friends alike,” said Kyra Cason of the Bella Donna team.
“We are the top travelling market in Johannesburg with over 200 vendors and businesses under our wings. We travel all over – where we are needed – to bring amazing food, entertainment and lots of crowds.”
COLOURFUL DRINKS: Cocktails are paired with great music this month at the travelling market.
During this market, they will create a family-friendly zone where dad can enjoy a beer with his friends, mom can enjoy a glass of wine, kids can enjoy a safe area to play and everyone can enjoy some delicious food and music.
With artisan food and food trucks becoming an integral part of South Africa’s food market scene, it is no wonder there is so much excitement around this upcoming event.
Keeping it local, organisers were keen to hold the market at one of the most popular destinations in Joburg.
MUSICAL: The Motherland will perform at Montecasino for a three-day food festival filled with fun.
“We felt Montecasino is a great venue with beautiful views and space, we had always envisioned having our market here on a continued basis, so this will be the first of many,” said Cason. “We wanted to include all walks of life and make our market the best in Johannesburg so of course, we needed to find the best venue and here we are.”
One of the most exciting aspects of the market will be the top local line-up of musicians who will perform at the three-day-long fair which will include Richard Barnard, Tim Hendricks, SA’s Got Talent semi-finalist Will Rayz, Sean Hayz and The Motherland, among others.
CREAMY: Filled doughnuts are a treat to enjoy at the Winter Wonderland market.
The Winter Wonderland market is not the last that we will be seeing of this travelling extravaganza.
