Brescia House proud of its girls

BRYANSTON – Matriculants of Brescia House achieve 201 distinctions.

Brescia House School applauded its matriculants who excelled in last year’s examinations.
The matrics attained a 100 per cent pass rate and a 100 per cent university entrance.

Matriculant Kelly Shepherd was awarded an outstanding achievement award for placing within the top 5 per cent of IEB candidates in six or more subjects. Jessica-Lyn Peo was awarded a commendable achievement award for placing within the top 5 per cent in five subjects. In addition to this, 10 candidates of Brescia House were placed within the top 1 per cent of IEB candidates in their specific subjects.

“The board of governors, Parent Teachers’ Association and headmistresses acknowledge all our pupils’ achievements – those who excelled in the Independent Examinations Board benchmarks and those who achieved personal triumphs in reaching their full potential,” said the school’s marketing manager, Helga Bishop. “We had a whopping 201 distinctions.”

Shepherd’s mother, Carin said they were absolutely delighted when they received her daughter’s results. “Kelly really deserves this, she is a very hard worker,” said Carin.

Peo’s mother, Claire said, “We were absolutely over the moon when we heard about Jessica’s amazing results… she kept her head down and worked super hard through the years.”
