Caxton Joburg North helps out Botshabelo Babies

JOBURG NORTH – Mandela Day is around the corner and Caxton Johannesburg North branch is looking to make a difference in the lives of the less fortunate, with your help.

Caxton Joburg North branch will be supporting Botshabelo Babies home for Mandela Day this year.

The home houses abandoned babies and toddlers. They are in need of baby formula (Nan and Lactogen, 1 and 2); nappies, preferably pampers or huggies (size 4); wet wipes; groceries; and second-hand clothing and other baby items that are in good condition. The branch’s employees will be donating their time and items to the home on 16 June with 67 minutes or R67. They are extending the invite to readers of their community newspaper publications to help them meet the home’s needs as much as possible.

A box will be placed at the reception of Caxton House on 368 Jan Smuts Avenue in Craighall Park for any donations.

“It is through the support of local people and organisations that we are able to affect these children’s lives. We would like to thank Caxton for taking on this initiative,” said Makopano Mutloatse, fundraiser at the home.
