The event gave the guests a firsthand taste of the wines that will featured at the inaugural Franschhoek Food & Wine Festival, which runs from 28 to 30 August.
The guests were welcomed by the director of Taste Festivals, Paul Edmunds, who explained Franschhoek’s best wines.
After the guests were briefed about the festival, they were given an opportunity to taste the wines with a guide from Jenda Restuarant’s food and beverage owner, John Maddison.
The guests enjoyed tasting the wines and the light snacks.
