Woman, daughter, sister, friend, performer, teacher, seeker.
I have just finished the season 8 of Strictly Come Dancing on the judging panel. I am also performing in corporate entertainment events. And I’m teaching performance and ‘connection’ skills to young talented kids and teenagers.
My proudest moments have been less about achievements and more about those moments when I have had to speak my truth, no matter how difficult it might have been. To have self-belief and to listen to one’s gut and not the ‘noise’ that exists ‘outside’ is the hardest but most affirming thing one can do.
My mom, dad, and sister. And a handful of amazing soul-filled friends who always leave me feeling filled up after the experience. And the thing they all have in common – a great sense of humour!
‘That I never lie’ ha! We all tell white lies! The worst lie would be if I ever lied to myself!
That life unfolds miraculously moment to moment, and you just have to stay present and aware of all the amazing opportunities that present themselves.
