What’s for dinner – Moroccan chicken

Want a flavourful dinner, but with minimal effort? This one-pan Moroccan chicken dish is bursting with aromatic flavours and will quickly become one of your family's favourites! Serve it with couscous for a filling, luxurious meal.

Serves 8

You’ll need: 1 packet Royco Chicken Marinade; 45ml lemon juice; 1 clove garlic, crushed; 15ml ground cumin; 5ml ground saffron or turmeric; 10ml paprika; 5ml crushed chilli; 8 chicken thighs; 8 chicken drumsticks.

How to:

Prepare the Royco Chicken Marinade according to packet instructions. Add the lemon juice, garlic, cumin, saffron, turmeric, paprika and chilli.

Pour over the chicken pieces and leave to marinate for 20 minutes.

To cook:

Roast at 200°C for 45 minutes basting every 15 minutes.

Serve with rice or couscous on the side.
