SABC2 Showville roadshow

The all-embracing SABC2 Showville Variety Talent roadshow was billed to be staged at Bela-Bela ‘s Forever Resorts from Thursday 12 July to Saturday 14 July.

The talent scout auditions were reportedly open to individuals and groupings across all genres, including off-mainstream performances such as soccer ball-juggling.

Therefore, whether one is a group of acapella singers, traditional dancers and stand-up comedians would be offered the opportunity to try their luck at the highest possible levels of national prominence and fame.

Saturday 14 July has been set aside as the day the shortlisted four finalists would be unveiled, to proceed to the next stages of the talent roadshow.

The overall winners at national level stand to pocket R10 000 in prizemoney.

Mayoral spokesperson, Kabelo Mosito, has been tasked with the responsibility to brainstorm participants as to the show’s expectations.

He said part of the criteria was that participants be 16 years of age, or older.
