The struggling Modimolle Celtic FC have a mountain to climb this forthcoming weekend, as it continues to huff and puff its way out of the bottom of the Waterberg SAB Regional League log standings.

The 14th-placed Celtic FC will travel to Rapotokwane, on Saturday 8 December, for an away date with Opleft United FC (5) at the Kwa Litho Sports Grounds.

Both teams come from a tough weekend after failing to win their league matches.

Celtic FC held Mookgophong Barcelona to a 1-all draw at Modimolle’s Tankeng Grounds, while Opleft United FC suffered a 3-1 loss at the hands of Mookgophong Junior Stars FC.

Another fierce battle in Rapotokwane this weekend will be between the hosts Qualitho FC and Bussel FC of Modimolle.

Qualitho FC shared the spoils with Modimolle NTK Happy Boys last Saturday, at Tankeng Sports Grounds in Modimolle.

The on-form Modimolle Terrors FC will travel to Mookgophong, to do battle with Barcelona FC this weekend.

Modimolle Terrors FC will go into this match as outright favourites, following its sterling performances in the league this far.

The Modimolle returnees from the third-tier ABC Motsepe League have won all their Waterberg SAB Regional League fixtures since the start of the season, and are hot favourites to go all the way
to the regional and then provincial play-offs.

Modimolle Terrors FC was runaway 8-0 winners over struggling Vaalwater Stormbreakers FC last weekend.

Stormbreakers FC will attempt at all costs to redeem itself at home against Bela Bela Pirates.
