Diesel ’n Dust part ways with coach Mokhonoana

Waterberg SAB Regional League team Bela-Bela Diesel ‘n Dust FC has parted ways with head coach, Santa Mokhonoana.

A few months ago the coach had replaced Ghanaian national, Gilbert Gyyampong, who left these shores for a teaching post in the United Kingdom.

As recent as Tuesday 20 November, the Bela-Bela Diesel ‘n Dust FC management announced the departure of Mokhonoana.

He was being replaced by his assistant coach, Abel Matjila.

Team manager, Andrew Mafafo, said Matjila had done well with the team in recent fixtures.

Since taking over from Mokhonoana, Matjila has led Bela-Bela Diesel ‘n Dust FC to one victory and two draws.

The latest of these fixtures was a 2-all draw with Waterberg SAB Regional League rookies, Swagger FC.

The Bela-Bela team was on Saturday 24 November scheduled to visit Qualitho FC in the village of Rapotokwane.
