MEC to visit Bela-Bela

Limpopo MEC for Education Polly Boshielo is expected to visit Bela-Bela for the 2019 National Senior Certificate (NSC) countdown programme.

Part one of the event will take place at Maope Secondary School with a walkabout.

The event has however been postponed from Friday 20 September, to a date yet to be determined.

The second part of the event is expected to take place in a form of a formal programme at the local multipurpose centre.

The dress code for learners is strictly their school uniforms.

A member of the school management team at Maope Secondary School, Sello Rathokolo, said a meeting was scheduled for Tuesday 17 September, to address final logistics.

The NSC 2019 finals are just around the corner, with the sittings scheduled to run from 23 October to 28 November.

The practical Life Orientation exam has already been completed earlier this month.
