iCollege mourns late principal

Students and the entire staff of iCollege Bela-Bela joined family, friends, neighbours and other loved ones in paying tribute to the late headmaster, Khazamula Mack Lebese.

Students and the entire staff of iCollege Bela-Bela joined family, friends, neighbours and other loved ones in paying tribute to the late headmaster, Khazamula Mack Lebese.

He passed away on Wednesday 4 September after a long illness, and was buried on 14 September in Hammanskraal.

Lebese was born in 1959 in Louis Trichardt and spent his primary school years in Mookgophong and in Bakenberg, Mokopane, where his family relocated.

He completed several courses and training programmes at different levels.

He also worked as an instructor at Tulela Place of Safety and proceeded to work as a senior instructor at the Skills Academy, until he joined iCollege as a principal from 2014.

Among the achievements that Lebese obtained is the Student of the Year Award at the skills academy in Potchefstroom.

He was married to the late Refiloe.

Lebese is survived by his father, five brothers, five children and five grandchildren.
