Mookgophong-born and bred acoustic guitarist and musician Baldwin Kay (real name Kholofelo Baldwin Hlongwane) has released yet another hit single, Naledi, following the success of his previous most loved track Ke Mmone (I saw her).

In the previous project, the local artist worked with another Mookgophong-born talented composer, Joshua Sekgaolelo.

For this current hit, Baldwin Kay has featured Ntsikwane Raphesu and Mahlatse Vokal of the popular Limpopo Afro-Pop trio, Muzo Brothers.

The Muzo Brothers are known for their popular hit track Mosadi wa go ithata (A woman who loves herself).

The local artist is confident that the new single will also do well, just like the previous track which enjoyed a lot of airtime on various radio stations.

“The song Naledi is dedicated to all talented personalities who are doing music, sports and other different crafts you can think of. It is meant to motivate those who think less of their
talents and abilities,” he said.

Baldwin Kay told The BEAT he composed this song to motivate other aspiring talented peers that they are born to be stars and are destined for greatness, only if they believe in themselves.

The song is available for purchase on all digital stores.
