The Modimolle-based non-profit organisation, Paul Dave Foundation Institute, will host a women’s seminar in Modimolle on Saturday 8 June.

The event will be held at the Modimolle Library’s auditorium, situated at the Modimolle-Mookgophong municipality premises.

Paul Dave Foundation Institute founder, Karabo Mokgosi, said various speakers were lined up to address local women who will be in attendance.

She said the event was targeted at women from various spheres of the community, regardless of their age.

“The objective is to help and empower all women, both young and old, so that they can be able to overcome the challenges that they experience in their lives,” she said.

Mokgosi said the seminar will address issues that directly and indirectly affect women from all walks of life.

She told The BEAT that since this will be an inaugural event, they were targeting between 30 and 40 people.

The theme for the event is “Women, you are stronger thank you think.”

Women who will be attending the event are urged to keep their outfits modest and classy, with high-heeled shoes.
