Modimolle’s Emmanuel Simon Moreroa — better known as Bayor 97 by his fans — has dropped off an early project (EP) available on various platforms.

The new offering is titled Love, Tears and Joy, and has drawn much interest on social media.

The five-track EP is doing well on social platforms like YouTube, Slikouronline and audio mark.

“I worked with my local songwriter and singer Thabo Makau (also known as Coolpixie)” he said.

Moreroa (22) hails from Modimolle, but later relocated to neighbouring Bela-Bela, and later moved to Pretoria to seek greener pastures.

The seed to explore music as a genre was planted by one of his uncles’ way back in 2011.

He is also building his own recording company known as Limelight Entertainment.

Moreroa has, in his fairly short career, worked with Emtee, Mlindo The Vocalist, and A-Reece.

“I am passionate in working with undiscovered talent and less-privileged artists like me,” he said.
