Spa Park Primary School whizzkid Christian Brown would on Wednesday 19 September represent the Waterberg at the Limpopo provincial finals of the inter-school spelling, reading and writing competition.
The final contest was scheduled to take place at a yet to be unveiled venue in the Limpopo capital of Polokwane.
Christian came up tops during the regional finals held at Modimolle’s Lekkerbreek Primary School on Monday 13 August.
He has since advanced to the Limpopo leg of the inter-schools spelling, reading and writing competition scheduled for Polokwane.
He came out tops at different levels of the reading category.
A total of eight learners from Spa Park Primary School took part in the contest at Lekkerbreek Primary School.
Other Spa Park Primary School learners who did the town proud at the Warmbaths education circuit leg of the competition were Precious Makgoba, Dimakatso Sepeng, Bonolo Sekgaolelo, Oratile
Moima, Kamogelo Ramollo, Kamogelo Pholosi and Lethabo Manyama.
