Bela-Bela Soccer Academy was scheduled to represent the Waterberg at the provincial showdown in the village of Malamulele, in former Giyani, on Staurday 1 September.

Bela-Bela Soccer Academy owner and head coach, Sam Modise, said the boys were getting better each game, and that they were more than ready for the journey ahead.

“I think we had a solid game plan for the regional finals, which bore fruit in terms of getting those crucial goals,” he said.

They were in the process of gaining vital information around their opponents at the Limpopo provincial stages of the Copa Coca Cola Cup, with the real prospects of advancing to the national finals.

The Bela-Bela Soccer Academy’s under-15 squad recently qualified for the Waterberg leg of the Copa Coca Cola Cup, during a tournament staged at Settlers Agricultural High School on Saturday 2 June.

On the other hand, the Bela-Bela Soccer Academy’s senior team continued to top the standings on the Bela-Bela Local Football Association (LFA) league log, with an eye to be promoted to the
Waterberg SAB Regional League.

Modise was on record charging that both the senior and junior teams had their eyes firmly focused on qualifying for the national stages of the lucrative Copa Coca Cola Cup, and the Kay Motsepe Cup.
