Letter: Sincerest gratitude to FNB Thabazimbi

My problem was sorted out and I left with a broad smile and a sense of relief.

Mario Laight, Rooiberg, writes

Some time ago my cellphone, linked to my banking account, was not functioning.

This meant that I had no option but to go to the closest branch of First National Bank.

The problem was that I live more than 100 km away from Thabazimbi and the roads in Rooiberg are deplorable, which means every time I drive, I incur costs.

Nonetheless, I made the decision to go and arrived to see the bank manager.

I was ushered into the main office and met by the very professional and charming Olerato Chimole.

Once seated, she enquired about my dilemma. She immediately sent for the debt administrator who was also very helpful.

My problem was sorted out and I left with a broad smile and a sense of relief that my dilemma was rectified.

It is nice to know that not all banks treat you only as a number.

The employees at FNB Thabazimbi can be recommended and they are an asset to their company.
