Handball Association cares about development

The Limpopo Handball Association is scheduled to hold a coaches’ workshop on the premises of Settlers High School from Friday 20 March to Sunday 22 March.

Coaches from across the country are expected to converge on Settlers for the workshop.

Limpopo Handball Association president, Ally Pole, said participants will include educators from Limpopo, Mpumalanga and North-West.

Pole also that all the participating schools were identified by the association and they are expecting a total of 60 educators.

Meanwhile, Pole and a team of handball role players visited Jakamene Primary School in Mokopane on Thursday 27 February to hand over handball equipment to learners.

He told The BEAT that this was done in order to honour the founding Development Director of the Limpopo Handball Association, the late Mr Joe Matsetela.

Matsetela was also the school principal and he was the director from 1998 to 2009.
