The National First Division (NFD) League, GladAfrica Championship, commenced midweek, after the FIFA international break came to an end on Tuesday, 19 November.

Nedbank Cup reigning champions TS Galaxy FC also had a date with Richards Bay FC at Kameelrivier Stadium.

This coming weekend the Mpumalanga-based TS Galaxy FC will travel to Cape Town to honour their appointment with Cape Umoya United FC, on Saturday 23 November.

Richards Bay FC was scheduled to travel to Mpumalanga to do battle with Mbombela United FC at Kanyamazane Stadium, also on Saturday.

The Limpopo side Tshakhuma Tsha Madzivhandila FC will host Real Kings FC at the Thohoyandou Stadium in northernmost Limpopo.

A much-anticipated league encounter was scheduled to take place at Goble Park Stadium, where two of the former ABSA Premiership clubs, Free State Stars FC and Moroka Swallows FC are expected to lock horns.

The league recommenced with interesting midweek fixtures, which comprised of a clash between Jomo Cosmos FC and Royal Eagles FC at Olen Park Stadium in Potchefstroom on Wednesday, 20 November.

Another fixtures which was scheduled for midweek was an encounter between Limpopo’s Tshakhuma Tsha Madzivhandila FC and Uthongathi FC at Princess Magogo Stadium in Kwa Mashu.

In other fixtures, JDR Stars will host Jomo Cosmos FC at Soshanguve’s Giant Stadium on Saturday.
