The Ekurhuleni visitors have just emerged from a bruising 1-all draw with Polokwane City’s homeboys, Thohoyandou Black Leopards FC, during a recent Absa Premiership fixture.

The MTN8 semis will be played on a two-legged format, with a home and away fixture for both teams, with the second leg for the Polokwane City-Highlands Park tie moving to Ekurhuleni’s Makhulong
Stadium on Tuesday 17 September.

Mamelodi Sundowns FC is the home team against Supersport United FC for the second leg of the MTN8 on Wednesday 18 September, scheduled for Lucas Moripe Stadium in Atteridgeville, west of
Pretoria.

The other first leg fixture is between Pretoria’s cross-town rivals, Mamelodi Sundowns FC and Supersport United FC on Sunday 1 September.
