Unemployment concerns raised during DA community meetings

Democratic Alliance leader Mmusi Maimane swept through the Waterberg town of Thabazimbi during his last leg of electioneering.

DA Limpopo leader, Jacques Smalle, said during engagements with communities in Thabazimbi and Vaalwater, it was found that unemployment rated among the highest community concerns.

DA Federal Executive Council chairperson, James Selfe, was also in the Waterberg, meeting with Smalle and other senior provincial officials in Bela-Bela.

Maimane formed part of a high-profile DA delegation to both Thabazimbi and Lephalale.

Smalle said communities across the board complained about the high rate of unemployment.
