Nu Metro The Glen wraps up September with four new movie releases this Friday!

There’s a new animated adventure for the kids to enjoy, an acclaimed suspense thriller, the remastered re-release of one of the biggest movie hits of all-time hits the Big Screen, as well as the new romantic comedy starring Julia Roberts.

On Heritage Day this Saturday, 24 September 2022, Nu Metro cinemas will host special pre-release screenings of the movie which hit the Number 1 spot at the US box office this past weekend:

Return to Pandora with the remastered re-release of the action-packed adventure, Avatar, in 3D. This is the story of a wounded ex-marine thrust unwillingly into an effort to settle and exploit a planet rich in biodiversity, eventually joining the indigenous race in a battle for their survival.

If you missed the spectacular Girls’ Night Out event last week, no worries! Hollywood superstars George Clooney and Julia Roberts reunite on the Big Screen in Ticket to Paradise – the new romantic comedy movie at Nu Metro The Glen from this Friday.

Two exes travel to Bali and find themselves on a shared mission to stop their lovestruck daughter from making the same mistake they made 25 years ago.

BIG TRIP 2: SPECIAL DELIVERY (PG V)

Families can look forward to the new animated adventure, Big Trip 2: Special Delivery from this coming Friday, 23 September.

After a diabolical plan by Vulture to sabotage the delivery of the Grizzly cub to his opponent in the American presidential elections, Mic Mic, Oscar, Panda teenager and Stork set off on another great adventure.

DON’T WORRY DARLING (16 DLSV)

Don’t Worry Darling is an audacious, twisted and visually stunning psychological thriller set in the 1950s. Alice and Jack live in in the idealised community of Victory, an experimental company town that houses the men who work on a top-secret project.

While the husbands toil away, the wives get to enjoy the beauty, luxury, and debauchery of their seemingly perfect paradise. However, when cracks in her idyllic life begin to appear, exposing flashes of something sinister lurking below the surface, Alice can’t help but question exactly what she’s doing in Victory.
