Pain inspires Lil Porra to flow
Lil Porra said pain can be a source of inspiration.
Sheldon Manuel da Silva (23) known as Lil Porra is an upcoming South African hip hop artist who lives in South Hills.
Lil Porra turned to music as a way to escape the painful loss of his father in 2018. He could not find a better way to express his emotions until he tried to put them into lyrics and tell the world his struggle through music.
He has managed to record several singles in an industry full of different talents and challenges.
“I have acknowledged the difficulties of being noticed in a game ruled by A.K.A and Casper Nyovest and the likes of Ricky Rick to mention just a few,” he said.
However, the energetic artist did not despair and went on to drop a single titled Stay Strong. The song encourages people to stay strong no matter how difficult the challenges provided by life may seem to be.
Lil Porra is working on his first album, Lost Inside, which he promises to be a banger.
