NEW 6 CHRISTMAS in July will be hosted by Stepping Stone Hospice and Amcare at the Alberton Methodist Church in Newmarket Park from 8am to 5pm. Some exclusive items will be on sale, such as new promotional gift boxes and brand-new brand name clothing items. Ranging from selfie sticks, picnic baskets, leather notebooks and coffee percolator sets to carry bags, toolkits, books and much more. Pancakes, boerie rolls and bacon rolls will be on sale, as well as popcorn for the little ones, coffee and tea to chase the cold away and, of course, some cold drinks and water.

11 SA Military History Society Johannesburg branch will meet again at 8pm in the auditorium of the Museum of Military History, Erlswold Way, Saxonwold (next to the zoo). First event will be Keasarge vs Albamaby by Colin Harris, with the main lecture, South African Military Chaplains in the Early 20th Century, by Anne Sampson.
